Kính gửi Quý Cư Dân,
Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà (BQLTN) Sunrise Riverside Lô G xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành vì sự tin tưởng và đồng hành của Quý Cư dân trong suốt thời gian qua.
- Thời gian tạm ngưng hồ bơi:
Thực hiện theo chỉ đạo của Ban Quản trị, BQLTN trân trọng thông báo đến Quý Cư dân về kế hoạch tạm đóng hồ bơi để xử lý chất lượng nước, cụ thể như sau: Theo kế hoạch, lịch vệ sinh hồ bơi vào thứ 2 hằng tuần định kỳ, tuy nhiên do nhận thấy hồ có dấu hiện mờ, không trong, nhiều bụi và cặn vì thời tiết mưa gió khách quan… nên BQT yêu cầu BQL tạm ngưng hồ thêm 02 ngày từ ngày 04/08/2026 đến hết ngày 05/08/2026. Nhằm tăng cường xử lý nước, tăng cường vệ sinh và lọc tuần hoàn kỹ hơn để mang đến chất lượng tốt hơn cho người dân sử dụng được an toàn.
- Trả lời phản ánh của người dân:
Thời gian qua, BQT nhận được nhiều phản ánh của cư dân về việc một cá nhân ngoại quốc thường xuyên có thái độ cấm đoán, nhắc nhở, yêu cầu người khác phải sử dụng hồ bơi theo ý mình, gây ảnh hưởng đến quyền sử dụng tiện ích chung của cư dân.
BQT khẳng định: Hồ bơi Sunrise Riverside Lô G là tài sản chung của toàn thể cư dân. Không có bất kỳ cá nhân nào có quyền cấm đoán, xua đuổi, áp đặt quy định riêng hoặc hạn chế quyền sử dụng hồ bơi của người khác. Hồ bơi là tiện ích phục vụ chung cho cư dân, không phải hồ bơi thi đấu chuyên nghiệp nên mọi cư dân đều có quyền sử dụng, sinh hoạt bình đẳng, văn minh và đúng Nội quy của tòa nhà.
Đề nghị cư dân chỉ thực hiện theo Nội quy sử dụng hồ bơi do tòa nhà ban hành (đính kèm). Trường hợp phát sinh hành vi gây cản trở hoặc áp đặt trái quy định, vui lòng phản ánh ngay để được hỗ trợ xử lý. Tất cả cư dân và khách sử dụng hồ bơi đều bình đẳng về quyền lợi, đồng thời có trách nhiệm tôn trọng văn hóa của người Việt Nam và Nội quy của tòa nhà.
BQT đang xem xét phương án thuê đơn vị chuyên nghiệp vận hành hồ bơi nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ và bảo đảm an toàn. Khi có quyết định chính thức, BQL sẽ thông báo đến Quý Cư dân.
BQLTN rất mong nhận được sự thông cảm và hợp tác của Quý Cư dân đối với sự bất tiện phát sinh trong thời gian thực hiện.

The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.
- Temporary swimming pool closure period:
Following the direction of the BOC, the MO would like to inform Residents of the temporary swimming pool closure plan for water quality treatment as follows: According to the regular schedule, the swimming pool is cleaned every Monday. However, as the pool water has become unclear, with dust and sediment due to rainy and windy weather conditions, the BOC has requested the MO to temporarily close the swimming pool for an additional two (02) days, from 04 August 2026 to 05 August 2026. During this period, the MO will strengthen the water treatment process, carry out additional cleaning, and improve the water filtration and circulation system to provide better water quality and ensure safe use for residents.
- Response to residents’ feedback:
Recently, the BOC has received many complaints from residents regarding a foreign individual who frequently stops, reminds, and asks other people to use the swimming pool according to his own wishes, affecting other residents’ right to use the common facility.
The BOC would like to confirm that the swimming pool at Sunrise Riverside Lot G is the common property of all residents. No individual has the right to stop, drive away, set personal rules, or limit another person’s right to use the swimming pool. The swimming pool is a shared facility for all residents, not a professional competition pool. Therefore, all residents have the equal right to use the swimming pool and enjoy the facility in a civilized manner and in accordance with the building’s swimming pool regulations.
Residents are requested to follow only the swimming pool regulations issued by the building (attached). If there is any person who obstructs others or imposes requirements that are not in accordance with the regulations, please report it immediately so that appropriate action can be taken. All Residents and guests using the swimming pool have equal rights and are responsible for respecting Vietnamese culture and the building’s regulations.
The BOC is considering hiring a professional swimming pool management company to improve service quality and ensure safety. Once an official decision is made, the MO will inform all residents.
