Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà (BQLTN) Sunrise Riverside Lô G xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành vì sự tin tưởng và đồng hành của Quý Cư dân trong suốt thời gian qua.
Căn cứ Thông báo số 1447/TBKT-PC07-KV21 của Phòng Cảnh sát PCCC&CNCH – Công an Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh về việc kiểm tra công tác phòng cháy, chữa cháy theo Kế hoạch số 2505/KH-PC07 ngày 12 tháng 12 năm 2025 của Phòng Cảnh sát PCCC&CNCH năm 2026, BQLTN kính thông báo đến Quý Cư dân về kế hoạch kiểm tra công tác phòng cháy, chữa cháy tại chung cư Sunrise Riverside Lô G như sau:

Do đó, trong thời gian trên BQLTN xin lưu ý và nhắc nhở cư dân các điểm quan trọng như sau:
- Chuông báo cháy và thông báo di tản (Loa PA) reo nhiều lần và ngắt quảng.
- Thang máy dừng và di chuyển về tầng 1 nhiều lần (Quý cư dân nếu kẹt trong thang cư bình tĩnh chờ đội cứu hộ).
- Hệ thống điện tạm ngưng nhiều lần (Cư dân lưu ý việc sử dụng thiết bị điện).
BQLTN chân thành cám ơn và xin lỗi quý Cư dân vì sự bất tiện này.

The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.
Pursuant to Notice No. 1447/TBKT-PC07-KV21 issued by the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police Division (PC07) – Ho Chi Minh City Police regarding the inspection of fire prevention and firefighting activities in accordance with Plan No. 2505/KH-PC07 dated December 12, 2025, for the 2026 fire prevention and firefighting inspection program, the MO respectfully informs residents of the fire prevention and firefighting inspection plan at Sunrise Riverside Lot G as follows:

Therefore, during the above-mentioned period, the MO kindly reminds and informs residents of the following important points:
- The fire alarm and evacuation announcement (PA system) will ring multiple times intermittently.
- Elevators will stop and return to the first floor multiple times (residents are advised to remain calm and wait for the rescue team if stuck in an elevator).
- The electrical system will be temporarily interrupted several times (residents should take care when using electrical devices).
