076. THÔNG BÁO VỀ SỰ CỐ BƠM TĂNG ÁP TẦNG MÁI THÁP E TẠI TÒA NHÀ SUNRISE RIVERSIDE LÔ G-NOTICE REGARDING THE PRESSURE BOOSTER PUMP INCIDENT AT THE ROOFTOP OF TOWER E AT SUNRISE RIVERSIDE LOT G

Kính gửi Quý Cư Dân,

Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà (BQLTN) Sunrise Riverside Lô G xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành vì sự tin tưởng và đồng hành của Quý Cư dân trong suốt thời gian qua.

BQLTN xin thông báo về sự cố bơm tăng áp tầng mái Tháp E tạiSunrise Riverside lô G, xin cập nhật thông tin đến toàn thể Quý Cư dân như sau:

  1. Nguyên nhân: Một bơm tăng áp tầng mái Tháp E bị hư.
  2. Khu vực ảnh hưởng: Tầng 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 tháp E. Nước yếu, đặc biệt vào những lúc cao điểm.
  3. Khắc phục:
  • Nhà thầu đang xử lý khắc phục.
  • Thời gian dự kiến hoàn tất: 20/06/2026.

Bên cạnh đó, BQLTN gửi lời xin lỗi các Quý Cư dân về sự cố xảy ra. BQL rất mong nhận được sự cảm thông từ Quý Cư dân. BQLTN đang khẩn trương sửa chữa để đưa bơm vào hoạt động trở lại.

The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.

The MO would like to inform residents of the pressure booster pump incident at the rooftop of Tower E, Sunrise Riverside Lot G, and provide the following updates:

  1. Cause: A pressure booster pump at the rooftop of Tower E has malfunctioned.
  2. Affected Area: Apartments located on Floors 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24 of Tower E may experience low water pressure, particularly during peak usage hours.
  3. Remedial Actions:
    • The contractor is currently carrying out repair works.
    • Estimated completion date: June 20, 2026.

In addition, the MO sincerely apologizes to residents for the inconvenience caused by this incident and greatly appreciates your understanding and cooperation. The MO is making every effort to complete the repairs as quickly as possible and restore the pump to normal operation.
