Kính gửi Quý Cư Dân,
Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà (BQLTN) Sunrise Riverside Lô G xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành vì sự tin tưởng và đồng hành của Quý Cư dân trong suốt thời gian qua.
Thời gian vừa qua, BQLTN nhận được nhiều phản ánh của Cư dân về tình trạng các trẻ nhỏ trong quá trình sử dụng tiện ích hồ bơi bị đứt chân, sau khi kiểm tra nguyên nhân do gạch hồ bơi bị nứt, bể…BPKT đã tiến hành thay thế gạch mới nhưng tình trạng vẫn không cải thiện.
Trong suốt thời gian vận hành hơn 06 năm, hồ bơi chưa được sửa chữa lần nào. Nay BQT chỉ đạo sẽ tiến hành tạm ngưng hồ bơi trẻ em để tiến hành sửa chữa cục bộ, nhằm đảm bảo an toàn tránh ảnh hưởng đến Cư dân và các bé nhỏ trong quá trình sử dụng tiện ích của tòa nhà.
Vì vậy, BQLTN xin thông báo đến Quý cư dân về kế hoạch thi công sửa chữa tại khu vực hồ bơi trẻ em, cụ thể như sau:

Lưu ý:
- Trong thời gian thi công BQL tiến hành rút nước toàn bộ khu vực hồ bơi trẻ em.
- Khu vực hồ bơi trẻ em sẽ được cách ly sửa chữa.
- Các khu vực hồ bơi còn lại của hồ bơi vẫn tiếp tục phục vụ Quý cư dân có nhu cầu bơi.

ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE SCHEDULE FOR POOL SURFACE RENOVATION AT SUNRISE RIVERSIDE LOT G
Dear Valued Residents,
The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.
Recently, the MO has received numerous complaints from residents regarding incidents where children have been injured while using the pool amenities. After inspecting the situation, it was found that the cause of these injuries was cracked tiles in the pool. Although the Technical Department has replaced the damaged tiles, the problem persists.
Over the than six years of operation, the pool has not undergone any renovation. The MO has directed that part of the pool be temporarily closed to carry out localized repairs, in order to ensure safety and prevent further impact on residents and children pool using the building’s amenities.
Therefore, the MO would like to inform residents about the plan for renovating the surface of the shallow pool and the spa pool in the adult pool area, as follows:

Note:
- During the renovation period, he MO will drain the entire children pool area.
- The shallow children pool area will be isolated for repairs.
- The remaining part of the children pool will continue to be available for residents who wish to swim.
