Lời đầu tiên, Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà Sunrise Riverside Lô G (BQL TN) xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành đến Quý Cư dân đã đồng hành và tin tưởng Chúng tôi trong suốt thời gian vừa qua.
Nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ và công tác vận hành Tòa nhà Sunrise Riverside Lô G, BQL TN xin thông báo đến Quý cư dân sẽ tiến hành bảo trì hệ thống máy phát điện, tủ điện lần 04 năm 2025 theo lịch cụ thể như sau:

Trong quá trình bảo dưỡng máy phát điện, tủ điện không ảnh hưởng đến hệ thống điện tòa nhà, nếu sự cố mất điện lưới thì trong vòng 03-05 phút máy phát điện có thể hoạt động tạm thời, cung cấp điện cho tòa nhà.
Sau khi bảo dưỡng xong, sẽ tiến hành thử tải máy phát điện, chuyển nguồn ATS tự động qua lại giữa nguồn điện lưới và máy phát điện gây gián đoạn điện 5-10 giây.

The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.
To ensure the quality of service and the efficient operation of Sunrise Riverside Lot G, the MO would like to inform residents that the 4th maintenance session of the generator and electrical cabinet systems for the year 2025 will be carried out as per the following schedule:

During the maintenance of the generator, the switchboard will not affect the building’s electrical system. In case of a power outage from the main grid, the generator can operate temporarily within 03–05 minutes to supply electricity to the building.
After the maintenance is completed, a generator load test will be carried out. The ATS will automatically switch between the main power source and the generator, which may cause a power interruption of 5–10 seconds.
