Lời đầu tiên, Ban quản lý tòa nhà Sunrise Riverside Lô G (BQLTN) xin gửi đến Quý cư dân lời chào trân trọng và lời chúc sức khỏe.
Tiếp nối theo thông báo số 146/MO/2026 thay thế tủ RMU Nova G1 của Công ty điện lực Tân Thuận (EVN) gián đoạn điện tại tòa nhà Sunrise Riverside Lô G vào ngày 12/10/2026. Nay BQLTN xin cập nhật tiếp theo thông tin gia hạn thời gian thay thế tủ RMU NOVA G1 đến Quý cư dân chi tiết như sau:

Được sự chỉ đạo từ BQT, vào thời gian dự kiến mất điện tại tháp G, BQLTN sẽ tiến hành thông báo đến Quý cư dân qua hệ thống PA để Quý cư dân chủ động tắt thiết bị điện bên trong căn hộ và sắp xếp công việc.
Trong thời gian này, nguồn điện các shophouse, sảnh, khu vực công cộng, hành lang và thang máy vẫn hoạt động bình thường từ máy phát điện. Riêng các Shophouse hiện tại đang sử dụng điện 3 pha sẽ bị gián đoạn cung cấp điện trong thời gian trên. Đồng thời, BQT trực tiếp chỉ đạo BQLTN tăng cường kiểm soát an toàn hệ thống thang máy, PCCC và các hạng mục liên quan trong suốt thời gian triển khai.

The Management Office (MO) of Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past period.
Following Notice No. 146/MO/2026 regarding the replacement of the RMU Nova G1 switchgear by Tan Thuan Power Company (EVN), which will result in a power outage at Sunrise Riverside, Block G, on 12 October 2026, the Management Office (MO) would like to provide residents with an update on the extension of the replacement period as follows: The MO hereby informs all residents of the extension of the RMU Nova G1 switchgear replacement period as detailed below:

Under the direction of the BOC, the Building Management Office will notify residents via the public address (PA) system of the scheduled power outage at Tower G, allowing residents to turn off electrical appliances and make necessary arrangements. During this period, power supply to shophouses, lobbies, public areas, corridors, and elevators will continue to operate normally via the backup generator. However, shophouses currently using a 3-phase power supply will experience an interruption during this time. Additionally, the Management Board has directed the Building Management Office to enhance safety monitoring for elevators, fire protection systems, and related facilities throughout the operation. The MO sincerely appreciates the attention, understanding, and cooperation of all residents throughout the project’s operation.
