Lời đầu tiên, Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà Sunrise Riverside Lô G (BQLTN) xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành đến Quý Cư dân đã đồng hành và tin tưởng Chúng tôi trong suốt thời gian vừa qua.
BQLTN xin thông báo đến toàn thể Quý cư dân kế hoạch kiểm tra đầu báo cháy Lô văn phòng Tháp A, cụ thể như sau:

Việc kiểm tra định kỳ nhằm đảm bảo hệ thống báo cháy hoạt động ổn định và an toàn cho toàn bộ tòa nhà. Kính mong Quý Cư dân phối hợp để công tác được thực hiện thuận lợi.

The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.
The MO would like to inform all residents of the scheduled fire detector inspection for Office Tower A as follows:

| Office Tower A | From 16 July 2026 to 31 August 2026, between 08:00 and 17:00 | Inspection and cleaning of fire detectors inside each office unit (approximately 15–20 minutes per unit) and inspection of fire alarm devices in the common areas. |

This periodic inspection is conducted to ensure the fire alarm system operates properly and to maintain the safety of the entire building. We kindly ask for your cooperation to facilitate the inspection process.
