Kính gửi Quý Cư Dân,
Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà (BQLTN) Sunrise Riverside Lô G xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành vì sự tin tưởng và đồng hành của Quý Cư dân trong suốt thời gian qua.
BQLTN xin gửi đến Quý Cư dân về kế hoạch thay thế khóa từ tại cửa sảnh tháp A, nhằm đồng bộ hóa hệ thống và đảm bảo an ninh trật tự, theo lịch dự kiến như sau:

Trong suốt thời gian thi công, lực lượng An ninh sẽ túc trực và hỗ trợ Quý Cư dân ra vào nhằm đảm bảo việc di chuyển được thuận tiện, hạn chế tối đa ảnh hưởng đến sinh hoạt hằng ngày. Sau khi hoàn tất việc thay thế, việc ra vào cửa sảnh sẽ sử dụng thẻ an ninh như bình thường.
BQLTN sẽ phối hợp chặt chẽ và đôn đốc nhà thầu đẩy nhanh tiến độ thi công để hoàn thành công việc trong thời gian sớm nhất, đồng thời đưa hệ thống vào vận hành ổn định, đảm bảo an toàn và phục vụ tốt nhu cầu sử dụng của Quý Cư dân.

Dear Valued Residents,
The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.
The MO would like to inform Residents of the plan to replace the magnetic locks at the lobby entrance doors of Tower A in order to standardize the system and ensure security and public order, according to the following tentative schedule:

Throughout the construction period, Security personnel will be on duty to assist Residents with access to and from the building, ensuring convenient movement while minimizing any disruption to daily activities. Upon completion of the replacement work, access through the lobby entrance doors will resume using the security access card as usual.
The MO will closely coordinate with and urge the contractor to expedite the work in order to complete the replacement as soon as possible. The system will then be put into stable operation, ensuring safety and meeting the usage needs of Residents.
The MO sincerely appreciates the understanding, cooperation, and continued support of Residents throughout the construction period.
