Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà (BQLTN) Sunrise Riverside Lô G xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành vì sự tin tưởng và đồng hành của Quý Cư dân trong suốt thời gian qua.
Nhằm chủ động bảo vệ sức khỏe cộng đồng, đặc biệt trong thời điểm bệnh Tay chân miệng và Sốt xuất huyết có nguy cơ gia tăng, BQLTN kính gửi đến Quý Cư dân một số thông tin và khuyến cáo như sau:
I. TÌNH HÌNH HIỆN TẠI
- Bệnh Tay chân miệng là bệnh truyền nhiễm thường gặp ở trẻ nhỏ, lây qua đường tiêu hóa hoặc tiếp xúc trực tiếp với dịch tiết của người bệnh và các vật dụng bị nhiễm mầm bệnh.
- Bệnh Sốt xuất huyết do muỗi vằn truyền bệnh, thường gia tăng trong mùa mưa hoặc khi có nhiều khu vực đọng nước tạo điều kiện cho muỗi sinh sản.
- Cả hai bệnh đều có khả năng diễn biến nặng nếu không được phát hiện và điều trị kịp thời, đặc biệt đối với trẻ em.
II. KHUYẾN CÁO PHÒNG NGỪA CHỦ ĐỘNG
Để chủ động phòng ngừa dịch bệnh, Ban Quản lý kính đề nghị Quý Cư dân thực hiện các biện pháp sau:
- Giữ gìn vệ sinh cá nhân: Thường xuyên rửa tay bằng xà phòng, đặc biệt trước khi ăn, sau khi đi vệ sinh và sau khi chăm sóc trẻ.
- Giữ vệ sinh nơi ở: Vệ sinh, khử khuẩn các bề mặt thường xuyên tiếp xúc; giữ gìn môi trường sống sạch sẽ.
- Phòng, chống muỗi: Loại bỏ các vật dụng có khả năng đọng nước, thay nước bình hoa thường xuyên, đậy kín các dụng cụ chứa nước và chủ động diệt lăng quăng (bọ gậy).
- Theo dõi sức khỏe: Khi có các dấu hiệu như sốt, phát ban, loét miệng, nổi mụn nước hoặc sốt cao kéo dài, cần đến cơ sở y tế để được thăm khám và điều trị kịp thời; không tự ý điều trị tại nhà.
- Hạn chế lây lan: Trường hợp trẻ nghi mắc bệnh Tay chân miệng, cần hạn chế tiếp xúc với trẻ khác và các khu vực sinh hoạt cộng đồng cho đến khi có hướng dẫn của cơ sở y tế.
Trường hợp bản thân hoặc người thân trong gia đình có dấu hiệu nghi ngờ mắc bệnh Tay chân miệng hoặc Sốt xuất huyết, Quý Cư dân vui lòng đến cơ sở y tế để được thăm khám, tư vấn và điều trị kịp thời. Đồng thời, có thể liên hệ Điểm Y tế 2 – Trạm Y tế xã Nhà Bè (Trạm Y tế Phước Kiển cũ) qua số điện thoại: (028) 37815 648 để được hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ.
BQLTN sẽ tiếp tục duy trì công tác vệ sinh môi trường, kiểm soát côn trùng và phối hợp với đơn vị chuyên môn thực hiện các biện pháp phòng ngừa dịch bệnh tại các khu vực công cộng của Tòa nhà.
BQLTN rất mong nhận được sự phối hợp của Quý Cư dân nhằm góp phần xây dựng môi trường sống an toàn, văn minh và khỏe mạnh.

Dear Valued Residents,
The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.
To proactively protect community health, especially during the period when Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease and Dengue Fever are at increased risk, the MO would like to provide Valued Residents with the following information and recommendations:
I. CURRENT SITUATION
- Hand Foot and Mouth Disease is a common infectious disease in young children. It spreads through the digestive tract or by direct contact with an infected person’s secretions or contaminated objects.
- Dengue Fever is transmitted by Aedes mosquitoes and usually increases during the rainy season or when there are many areas with standing water that allow mosquitoes to breed.
- Both diseases can become severe if they are not detected and treated promptly, especially in children.
II. PREVENTIVE RECOMMENDATIONS
To help prevent these diseases, the MO kindly requests Valued Residents to follow the recommendations below:
- Maintain personal hygiene: Wash your hands regularly with soap, especially before eating, after using the toilet, and after caring for children.
- Keep your home clean: Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and maintain a clean living environment.
- Prevent mosquitoes: Remove items that can collect standing water, change the water in flower vases regularly, keep water containers tightly covered, and eliminate mosquito larvae.
- Monitor your health: If you have symptoms such as fever, rash, mouth ulcers, blisters, or a prolonged high fever, please visit a medical facility for examination and timely treatment. Do not self-medicate at home.
- Prevent the spread of infection: If a child is suspected of having Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease, limit contact with other children and avoid common areas until receiving guidance from a medical facility.
If you or a family member shows signs of Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease or Dengue Fever, please visit a medical facility for examination, consultation, and timely treatment. You may also contact Medical Point 2 – Nha Be Commune Health Station (formerly Phuoc Kien Health Station) at (028) 37815 648 for guidance and support.
The MO will continue to maintain environmental hygiene, carry out insect control, and coordinate with the relevant authorities to implement disease prevention measures in the Building’s common areas.
