Kính gửi Quý Cư Dân,
Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà (BQLTN) Sunrise Riverside Lô G xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành vì sự tin tưởng và đồng hành của Quý Cư dân trong suốt thời gian qua.
Tại thông báo số MO/076/2026 về sự cố bơm tăng áp tầng mái tháp E, nay BQLTN xin thông báo gia hạn sửa chữa, kính cập nhật thông tin đến toàn thể Quý Cư dân như sau:
- Khu vực ảnh hưởng: Tầng 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 tháp E. Nước yếu, đặc biệt vào những lúc cao điểm.
- Thời gian dự kiến hoàn tất sửa chữa ngày 24/06/2026. Do thiết bị thuộc loại chuyên dụng, việc đặt hàng và cung ứng từ nhà sản xuất cần thời gian nhất định. Vì vậy, thời gian khắc phục sửa chữa hoặc thay thế thiết bị kéo dài hơn dự kiến. Kính mong Quý cư dân thông cảm.
Bên cạnh đó, BQLTN gửi lời xin lỗi các Quý Cư dân về sự cố xảy ra. BQL rất mong nhận được sự cảm thông từ Quý Cư dân. BQLTN đang khẩn trương sửa chữa để đưa bơm vào hoạt động trở lại.

The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.
Referring to Notice No. MO/076/2026 regarding the booster pump incident on the rooftop of Tower E, The MO would like to announce the extension of the repair work and respectfully update all Residents with the following information:
- Affected area: Floors 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24 of E Tower. Water pressure may be low, especially during peak hours.
- The expected completion date is June 24, 2026. As the equipment is specialized in nature, procurement and supply from the manufacturer require a certain amount of time. Therefore, the repair or replacement process is taking longer than initially anticipated. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
In addition, the MO sincerely apologizes to residents for the inconvenience caused by this incident and greatly appreciates your understanding and cooperation. The MO is making every effort to complete the repairs as quickly as possible and restore the pump to normal operation.
