059. THÔNG BÁO KẾ HOẠCH NHÀ MẠNG PFT THAY THẾ THIẾT BỊ INTERNET TẠI SUNRISE RIVERSIDE LÔ G – NOTICE OF PFT NETWORK’S PLAN TO REPLACE INTERNET EQUIPMENT AT SUNRISE RIVERSIDE LOT G

Kính gửi Quý Cư Dân,

Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà (BQLTN) Sunrise Riverside Lô G xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành vì sự tin tưởng và đồng hành của Quý Cư dân trong suốt thời gian qua.

BQLTN xin gửi đến Quý Cư dân kế hoạch nhà mạng FPT thay thế thiết bị Internet phòng máy tại Sunrise Riverside Lô G theo lịch dự kiến như sau:

 Phòng máy Tòa nhà Nhà mạng FPT thay thế thiết bị Internet
  • Dịch vụ của FPT Telecom sẽ tạm thời gián đoạn trong thời gian thi công nêu trên; các nhà mạng khác vẫn hoạt động bình thường và không bị ảnh hưởng.
  • Sau thời gian chuyển đổi thiết bị cũ sang thiết bị mới, tất cả các trường hợp, dịch vụ khách hàng không tự kết nối lại được, vui lòng liên hệ hotline tổng đài FPT: 1900 6600 để được hỗ trợ.

BQL sẽ thúc đẩy nhà thầu nhanh chóng hoàn thiện việc lắp đặt trong thời gian sớm nhất nhằm phục vụ Quý Cư dân.

The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.

The MO would like to inform Residents of FPT Telecom’s plan to replace Internet equipment in the server room at Sunrise Riverside Lot G, according to the tentative schedule as follows:

From 04:00 to 06:30

on May 6, 2026

 Building a server room FPT Telecom will replace Internet equipment.
  • FPT Telecom services will be temporarily disrupted during the above-mentioned working period, while other network providers will remain unaffected.
  • After the migration from old to new equipment, if any services do not reconnect automatically, please contact the FPT Telecom hotline at 1900 6600 for prompt assistance.

The MO will expedite and closely coordinate with the contractor to complete the installation as soon as possible in order to best serve Residents.
