Kính gửi Quý Cư Dân,
Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà (BQLTN) Sunrise Riverside Lô G xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành vì sự tin tưởng và đồng hành của Quý Cư dân trong suốt thời gian qua.
Hiện nay đang trong thời điểm giao mùa, thời tiết lạnh ẩm, nhiệt độ môi trường thay đổi đột ngột, ô nhiễm môi trường, tập trung đông người tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho vi rút cúm phát triển và lây lan. Để chủ động phòng chống bệnh cúm mùa, BQLTN xin cập nhật đến Quý Cư dân các khuyến nghị từ Cục Y tế dự phòng và Bộ Y tế liên quan đến công tác phòng chống bệnh cúm mùa, cụ thể như sau:
- Đảm bảo vệ sinh cá nhân, che miệng khi hắt hơi.
- Thường xuyên rửa tay với xà phòng và nước sạch.
- Vệ sinh mũi, họng hằng ngày bằng nước muối.
- Giữ ấm cơ thể.
- Ăn uống đủ chất.
- Tiêm phòng vắc xin cúm mùa.
- Hạn chế tiếp xúc với người bệnh/người nghi ngờ mắc bệnh.
- Sử dụng thuốc kháng vi rút (như Tamiflu) phải theo chỉ định của thầy thuốc.
- Khi có triệu chứng ho, sốt, sổ mũi,… cần đến ngay cơ sở y tế.
Lưu ý: Khi có triệu chứng ho, sốt, sổ mũi, đau đầu, mệt mỏi, không tự ý làm xét nghiệm và mua thuốc điều trị tại nhà mà cần liên hệ với cơ sở y tế để được tư vấn, khám và xử lý kịp thời.
BQLTN mong Quý Cư dân lưu tâm và chủ động thực hiện các biện pháp phòng chống bệnh cúm mùa như các khuyến cáo bên trên để bảo vệ sức khỏe của người thân, gia đình và cộng đồng cư dân đang sinh sống tại chung cư Sunrise Riverside Lô G. Bên cạnh đó, BQL sẽ luôn cố gắng đảm bảo duy trì tốt công tác giữ gìn vệ sinh chung của tòa nhà vì sức khỏe cộng đồng.

Dear Valued Residents,
The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.
Currently, it is in the time of changing seasons, cold and humid weather, sudden changes in environmental temperature, environmental pollution, and large gatherings of people create favorable conditions for the influenza virus to develop and spread. In order to proactively prevent seasonal influenza, MO would like to update to Valued Residents the recommendations from the General Department of Preventive Medicine and the Ministry of Health related to the prevention and control of seasonal influenza, specifically as follows:
- Ensure personal hygiene, cover mouth when sneezing.
- Wash hands regularly with soap and clean water.
- Clean nose and throat daily with salt water.
- Keep body warm.
- Eat well.
- Get vaccinated against seasonal influenza.
- Limit contact with sick people/people suspected of having the disease.
- Use of antiviral drugs (such as Tamiflu) must be prescribed by a physician.
- When there are symptoms of cough, fever, runny nose, etc. need to go to a medical facility immediately.
Note: When you have symptoms of cough, fever, runny nose, headache, fatigue, do not self-test and buy medication for treatment at home, but need to contact a medical facility for timely advice, examination and treatment.
MO hopes that Valued Residents shall pay attention and proactively take measures to prevent seasonal influenza as recommended above to protect the health of relatives, families and the community of residents living in Sunrise Riverside Lot G apartment building. Besides, MO shall always make efforts to maintain good hygiene for the community health.
