Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà (BQLTN) Sunrise Riverside Lô G xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành vì sự tin tưởng và đồng hành của Quý Cư dân trong suốt thời gian qua.
Căn cứ văn bản số 6329/TCTTKD9-QLHC ngày 29/7/2024 của Tổ công tác triển khai đề án Phát triển ứng dụng về dữ liệu dân cư, định danh và xác thực điện tử (Tổ công tác) về việc rà soát các trường hợp thông tin phục vụ triển khai Luật Căn cước theo hướng dẫn tại Nghị định 70/2024/NĐ-CP.
Thực hiện theo yêu cầu của Công văn số 6329, Công ty Điện lực Duyên Hải đang rà soát chủ thể hợp đồng mua bán điện trên địa bàn với dữ liệu thông tin quốc gia về dân cư. Qua rà soát, Công ty Điện lực Duyên Hải ghi nhận có một số chủ thể ký hợp đồng mua bán điện không trùng khớp thông tin với cơ sở dữ liệu quốc gia về dân cư.
Nhằm đảm bảo quyền lợi, tạo điều kiện thuận tiện nhất cho Quý Cư dân trong việc sử dụng điện, trao đổi thông tin và giao dịch với ngành điện, BQLTN thông báo đến Quý Cư dân về việc Công ty Điện lực Duyên Hải đang triển khai ký lại hợp đồng mua bán điện theo hình thức điện tử với tất cả khách hàng đang sử dụng điện trên địa bàn huyện Nhà Bè.
BQLTN thông tin đến Quý Cư dân về thủ tục và các giấy tờ mà Quý Cư dân cần cung cấp để thay đổi chủ thể ký hợp đồng mua bán điện như sau:
- Hồ sơ cần cung cấp:
- Đối với Chủ hộ: Bản sao công chứng hợp đồng mua bán căn hộ, bản sao công chứng CCCD của Chủ hộ, bản sao công chứng biên bản bàn giao sản phẩm (biên bản bàn giao căn hộ).
- Đối với Chủ hộ chuyển nhượng: Bản sao công chứng Văn bản chuyển nhượng, Bản sao công chứng CCCD của Chủ hộ mới, Bản sao công chứng Biên bản thỏa thuận ba bên (Nova – Chủ hộ mới – Chủ hộ hiện tại), Bản sao công chứng Văn bản xác nhận của Novaland.
- Thời gian thực hiện: Từ ngày ra thông báo đến trước ngày 30/4/2025.
- Nơi tiếp nhận hồ sơ: Sảnh Lễ tân.
Sau thời gian này, BQLTN sẽ tổng hợp các hồ sơ mà Quý Cư dân đã nộp để gửi Công ty Điện lực Duyên Hải làm thủ tục thay đổi tên chủ thể ký hợp đồng mua bán điện. Kính mong Quý Cư dân chủ động thực hiện việc cập nhật thông tin trong thời gian trên nhằm đảm bảo quyền lợi và tránh phát sinh những rủi ro do không thực hiện cập nhật.

The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.
Pursuant to Official Document No. 6329/TCTTKD9-QLHC dated July 29, 2024, issued by the Task Force for the Implementation of the Project on Developing Applications Based on Resident Data, Identification, and Electronic Authentication (Task Force), regarding the review of information to support the implementation of the Law on Citizen Identification under the guidance of Decree No. 70/2024/NĐ-CP.
In accordance with the requirements of Document No. 6329, Duyen Hai Electricity Company is conducting a review of power purchase agreement holders in the area by cross-referencing with the National Resident Database. Upon review, the company has found that some agreement holders’ information does not match the data in the national database.
To ensure the rights and convenience of residents in electricity usage, information exchange, and transactions with the electricity sector, the Building Management Board would like to inform all residents that Duyen Hai Electricity Company is currently implementing the re-signing of power purchase agreements in electronic form for all electricity users in Nha Be District.
Residents are kindly requested to prepare and submit the following documents to update the contract holder information:
- Required Documents:
- For the Homeowner: A notarized copy of the apartment sale and purchase agreement, a copy of the Homeowner’s Vietnamese Citizen ID card, and a notarized copy of the apartment handover record.
- For the Transferring Homeowner: A notarized copy of the transfer agreement, a notarized copy of the new Homeowner’s Vietnamese Citizen ID card, a notarized copy of the tripartite agreement (Nova – new Homeowner – current Homeowner), and a notarized copy of the confirmation document from Novaland.
- Implementation Period: From the date of this notice until before April 30, 2025.
- Document Submission Location: Reception Lobby
After the deadline, the MO will compile the submitted documents and forward them to Duyen Hai Electricity Company for processing the change of contract entity. We kindly request all residents to proactively complete the information update within the given timeframe to ensure their rights and avoid potential risks resulting from failure to update.
