Kính gửi Quý Cư Dân,

Lời đầu tiên, Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà Sunrise Riverside Lô G (BQLTN) xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành đến Quý Cư dân đã đồng hành và tin tưởng Chúng tôi trong suốt thời gian vừa qua.

Hiện tại bão số 15 đang mạnh lên và di chuyển hướng về đất liền, sẽ gây mưa lớn trong thời gian tới. Để chuẩn bị phòng chống bão sắp tới, BQLTN xin khuyến cáo Quý Cư dân chú ý những lưu ý sau đây để đảm bảo an toàn cho bản thân và tài sản:

  • Kiểm tra, vệ sinh phễu thoát sàn tại ban công, đảm bảo không bị tắc nghẽn.
  • Không treo, móc các vật dụng dễ rơi vỡ (đặc biệt là chậu hoa) trên lan can; cắt tỉa cành cây khô, cành vươn ra ban công.
  • Cố định cây trồng ngoài trời, di chuyển vào trong nhà các vật dụng nhẹ như chậu cây cảnh, bàn ghế ngoài ban công.
  • Đóng, khóa kỹ cửa sổ, cửa ban công, loggia trước khi rời nhà hoặc trong khi mưa lớn.
  • Hạn chế ra ngoài khi có gió bão; không đậu xe hoặc trú mưa dưới cây cối để tránh nguy hiểm do cây ngã đổ, sét đánh.

The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.

Typhoon No. 15 is currently strengthening and moving toward the mainland, and it is expected to bring heavy rainfall in the coming days. To prepare for the upcoming storm, the Building Management would like to advise all Residents to take note of the following safety reminders to ensure the protection of both yourselves and your property:

  • Inspect and clean drainage channels, and balcony floor drains to prevent blockages.
  • Do not hang or place fragile items (especially flower pots) on balcony railings; trim dry branches or branches extending out from the balcony.
  • Secure outdoor plants and move lightweight items such as potted plants and balcony furniture indoors.
  • Ensure that all windows, balcony doors, and loggias are properly closed and locked before leaving home or during heavy rain.
  • Limit going outdoors during storms; do not park vehicles or take shelter under trees to avoid risks from falling branches or lightning strikes.
