Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà (BQLTN) Sunrise Riverside – Lô G xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành vì sự tin tưởng và đồng hành của Quý Cư dân trong suốt thời gian qua.
Được sự chỉ đạo từ Ban Quản Trị, BQLTN trân trọng thông báo đến Quý Cư dân gia hạn lịch bảo trì như sau:
Trong quá trình khảo sát khi hồ còn nước, chỉ ghi nhận một số hạng mục như: bảo trì tổng thể, thay đèn chiếu sáng, thay bơm lọc tuần hoàn, xử lý cạnh hồ bị ăn mòn gây nguy hiểm. Tuy nhiên, khi tiến hành rút nước, đã phát sinh thêm hạng mục hư hỏng cần được xử lý triệt để.
Ban Quản Trị đã yêu cầu nhà thầu thực hiện kỹ lưỡng để đảm bảo an toàn tuyệt đối và chất lượng lâu dài cho cư dân, đồng thời kết hợp thay nước và đại tu toàn diện sau hơn 6 năm vận hành.

Để đảm bảo an toàn cho Quý Cư dân, BQLTN sẽ tạm thời ngưng mọi hoạt động của hồ bơi lớn, hồ bơi nhỏ/trẻ em vẫn sinh hoạt bình thường trong thời gian bảo trì. BQLTN xin chân thành xin lỗi Quý cư dân vì sự bất tiện này và sẽ tiếp tục cập nhật thông tin nếu có thay đổi.

The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside – Lot G would like to send respectful greeting and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.
Directed from the BOC, Management Office (MO) would like to inform the Valued Residents about the swimming pool maintenance schedule as follows:
During the initial survey while the pool was still filled with water, only a few items were identified, including: general maintenance, replacement of lighting, replacement of the circulation pump, and treatment of corroded pool edges that posed safety risks. However, once the pool was drained, additional defects were discovered that require thorough remediation.
The BOC has instructed the contractor to carry out the works meticulously to ensure absolute safety and long-term quality for residents, while also taking this opportunity to replace the water and conduct a comprehensive overhaul after more than 6 years of operation.

In order to guarantee resident’s safety, MO will temporarily close the swimming pool during the maintenance time, children’s pool is still open.
