Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà (BQLTN) Sunrise Riverside Lô G xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành vì sự tin tưởng và đồng hành của Quý Cư dân trong suốt thời gian qua.
Vừa qua, BQLTN đã phối hợp thực hiện kiểm định chất lượng nguồn nước sinh hoạt tại các vị trí: trong căn hộ, bể ngầm và tầng mái của Tòa nhà Sunrise Riverside – Lô G.
Kết quả xét nghiệm cho thấy tất cả các chỉ tiêu đều đạt yêu cầu theo Quy chuẩn Kỹ thuật Quốc gia QCVN 01-1:2018/BYT về chất lượng nước sinh hoạt. Quý cư dân vui lòng tham khảo kết quả chi tiết trong file đính kèm.
Ngoài ra, Ban Quản lý cũng gửi kèm Biên bản Kiểm tra vệ sinh chung cư, nhà tập thể, cao ốc do UBND huyện Nhà Bè – Trung tâm Y tế thực hiện ngày 06/06/2025, ghi nhận chất lượng nước tại chỗ đạt chuẩn theo QCVN 01-1:2018/BYT.

The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.
Recently, the MO coordinated the inspection of domestic water quality at the following locations: inside apartments, the underground water tank, and the rooftop of Sunrise Riverside Lot G.
The test results show that all indicators meet the requirements of the National Technical Regulation QCVN 01-1:2018/BYT on domestic water quality. Residents are kindly requested to refer to the detailed results in the attached file.
In addition, the MO also attaches the Inspection Report on the hygiene of apartment buildings, collective housing, and high-rise buildings conducted by the People’s Committee of Nha Be District – Health Center on June 6, 2025, which recorded that the on-site water quality meets the standards of QCVN 01-1:2018/BYT.
