Kính gửi Quý Cư Dân,
Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà (BQLTN) Sunrise Riverside Lô G xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành vì sự tin tưởng và đồng hành của Quý Cư dân trong suốt thời gian qua.
Thời gian gần đây, BQLTN ghi nhận một số tình huống liên quan đến an ninh, bao gồm người lạ ra vào tòa nhà mà không khai báo, cư dân quên mang thẻ hoặc không xuất trình giấy tờ khi được yêu cầu. Để nâng cao công tác kiểm soát an ninh và đảm bảo an toàn tuyệt đối cho cư dân, BQLTNsẽ triển khai một số biện pháp sau:
- Xoay tua vị trí làm việc của nhân viên an ninh sảnh:
- Nhân viên an ninh sẽ luân phiên làm việc tại các sảnh nhằm nâng cao nghiệp vụ và có thể đảm nhận công tác bảo vệ tại bất kỳ vị trí nào khi được giao nhiệm vụ.
- Việc này giúp tăng cường giám sát, hạn chế các lỗ hổng an ninh và đảm bảo hiệu quả hoạt động của đội ngũ bảo vệ.
- Tăng cường kiểm soát ra vào Tòa nhà:
- Nhân viên bảo vệ sẽ kiểm tra kỹ lưỡng hơn đối với khách ra vào.
- Quý cư dân vui lòng xuất trình thẻ cư dân hoặc giấy tờ tùy thân khi được yêu cầu.
- Khuyến cáo đến Quý Cư dân:
- Luôn mang theo thẻ cư dân để tiện di chuyển trong tòa nhà và hỗ trợ công tác kiểm soát.
- Hạn chế mở cửa hoặc hỗ trợ người lạ vào tòa nhà nếu chưa xác minh rõ danh tính.
- Nếu phát hiện dấu hiệu khả nghi, vui lòng báo ngay cho bảo vệ hoặc BQL qua hotline Tòa nhà.
Công tác này sẽ được triển khai từ ngày 01/04/2025.

Dear Valued Residents,
The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.
Recently, the MO has recorded several security-related incidents, including unauthorized individuals entering the building without registering, residents forgetting to carry their access cards, or failing to present identification when requested. To enhance security control and ensure the absolute safety of all residents, the MO will implement the following measures:
- Rotation of Lobby Security Staff Positions
- Security personnel will rotate among different lobbies to improve their skills and ensure they can handle security duties at any assigned position.
- This measure strengthens supervision, minimizes security vulnerabilities, and enhances the overall efficiency of the security team.
- Stricter Access Control to the Building
- Security staff will conduct more thorough checks on visitors entering and exiting the building.
- Residents are kindly requested to present their access cards or identification when asked.
- Resident Advisory
- Acarry your access card for smooth movement within the building and to support security measures.
- Avoid opening doors or assisting unknown individuals in entering the building without verifying their identity.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, please report it immediately to security staff or the MO via the building’s hotline.
These measures will be implemented starting April 1, 2025.
The MO highly appreciates the cooperation of all residents in maintaining a safe and civilized living environment.
