Lời đầu tiên, Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà Sunrise Riverside Lô G (BQLTN) xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành đến Quý Cư dân đã đồng hành và tin tưởng Chúng tôi trong suốt thời gian vừa qua.
Nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ và vận hành Tòa Nhà Sunrise Riverside, BQLTN xin thông báo công tác vệ sinh bể phốt cụ thể như sau:

Trong suốt quá trình vệ sinh sẽ phát sinh mùi hôi tại khu vực tầng hầm. Quý Cư dân xin vui lòng hạn chế đi lại khu vực hầm chung trong khoảng thời gian này.
Để xử lý mùi hôi tại khu vực tầng hầm BQLTN sẽ tăng cường chạy quạt hút.
BQLTN chân thành cám ơn sự lưu tâm của quý Cư dân và xin lỗi vì sự bất tiện này.

The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.
To ensure the quality of service and operation of Sunrise Riverside Lot G, the MO would like to announce the specific septic tank cleaning schedule as follows:

During the cleaning process, there may be odors in the basement area. Residents are kindly requested to limit their movement in the common basement area during this time.
To address the odor issue in the basement area, the MO will increase the operation of exhaust fans.
We sincerely appreciate the attention of our residents and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
