Ban Quản lý Tòa nhà (BQLTN) Sunrise Riverside Lô G xin gửi lời chào trân trọng và lời cảm ơn chân thành vì sự tin tưởng và đồng hành của Quý Cư dân trong suốt thời gian qua.
Theo thông tin từ nhà thầu thu gom rác Công ty TNHH MTV Dịch vụ Vệ sinh Thịnh Đạt, hiện nay khu vực tiếp nhận và xử lý rác đang trong quá trình sửa chữa, nâng cấp, dẫn đến ảnh hưởng đến thời gian thu gom, vận chuyển cũng như phát sinh tình trạng tồn đọng rác tại một số dự án. Thông báo của nhà thầu được đính kèm.
Do đó, trong thời gian từ ngày 15/06/2026 đến ngày 15/07/2026 (dự kiến khoảng 04 tuần), công tác thu gom rác thải sinh hoạt tại tòa nhà có thể không được thực hiện đúng theo thời gian thường lệ.
Để đảm bảo vệ sinh môi trường chung trong thời gian này, BQLTN kính đề nghị Quý cư dân:
- Đóng gói rác thải sinh hoạt cẩn thận trước khi đưa vào phòng rác.
- Để rác đúng nơi Qui định.
- Phối hợp và thông cảm trong trường hợp việc thu gom rác có sự chậm trễ so với lịch trình thông thường.
BQLTN sẽ tiếp tục theo dõi tình hình và phối hợp với đơn vị thu gom để hạn chế tối đa ảnh hưởng đến sinh hoạt của Quý cư dân. Rất mong nhận được sự thông cảm và hợp tác của Quý cư dân đối với những bất tiện có thể phát sinh trong thời gian này.

Dear Valued Residents,
The Management Office (MO) Sunrise Riverside Lot G would like to send respectful greetings and sincere thanks for the trust and companionship of our Residents during the past time.
According to information provided by Thinh Dat Sanitation Services One Member Limited Liability Company, the waste receiving and treatment area is currently undergoing repair and upgrade works. As a result, the collection and transportation of household waste may be affected, potentially causing temporary waste accumulation at certain projects. The contractor’s notice is attached.
Therefore, from June 15, 2026 to July 15, 2026 (approximately four weeks), household waste collection services at the building may not be carried out according to the usual schedule.
To help maintain a clean and hygienic living environment during this period, the MO kindly requests residents to:
- Carefully bag and seal household waste before placing it in the waste room.
- Dispose of waste in the designated areas only.
- Kindly cooperate and be understanding in the event of delays in waste collection compared to the normal schedule.
The MO will continue to closely monitor the situation and coordinate with the waste collection contractor to minimize any impact on residents’ daily activities. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding any inconvenience that may arise during this period.
