817. THÔNG BÁO LỊCH BẢO TRÌ THIẾT BỊ CỦA HỆ THỐNG XỬ LÝ NƯỚC THẢI TÒA NHÀ SUNRISE RIVERSIDE LÔ G – NOTICE ABOUT THE WASTE WATER TREAMENT SYSTEM MAINTENANCE WORKS SCHEDULE

Kính gửi Quý Cư Dân/ Dear Valued Residents,

Lời đầu tiên, Ban Quản Lý Tòa nhà Sunrise Riverside Lô G (BQLTN) xin gửi lời chúc sức khỏe, thành đạt và thịnh vượng đến Quý Cư Dân./Firstly, Sunrise Riverside Lot G Management Office (MO) would like to send our warm greetings, health, success and prosperity to all Valued Residents.

Để đảm bảo cho công tác vận hành tại tòa nhà, BQLTN xin được thông báo đến Quý cư dân về lịch bảo trì thiết bị của hệ thống xử lý nước thải tại tòa nhà Sunrise Riverside Lô G như sau:/ To guarantee the efficient of the management work, the MO would like to inform to all Valued Residents about the waste water treatment system maintenance works schedule at Sunrise Riverside Lot G as follows:

Công tác bảo trì được thực hiện bởi nhà thầu HECO./ Performed by contractor HECO.

Thời gian bảo trì thiết bị dự kiến:/ Maintenance works schedule:

  • Từ 08:00 đến 17:00 ngày 14/06/2023: Bảo trì thiết bị chìm dưới bể xử lý./ From                    08:00 AM to 5:00 PM on June 14th , 2023. Maintenance of the the steptic-tank system.
  • Từ 08:00 đến 17:00 ngày 15/06/2023: Bảo trì thiết bị trong phòng điều khiển./ From        08:00 AM to 5:00 PM on June 15th , 2023: Maintenance of the control room equipment.  

Trong quá trình bảo trì sẽ phát sinh mùi hôi tại tầng hầm B1. Để xử lý mùi hôi, BQLTN sẽ tăng cường quạt hút tại tầng hầm trong khoảng thời gian này./ The maintenance works will cause bad smell at the basement B1. In order to deal with bad smell in the basement area, the MO has increased the operation of exhaust fans.
